1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3-4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4-6 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier volume, weather conditions, or regional logistics beyond our control.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Rivaaaj offers Cash on Delivery on all orders across Pakistan. You may inspect your package upon arrival before completing payment to the courier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to follow your delivery status in real time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
6. Incorrect Address
Rivaaaj is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.
7. Areas We Deliver To
We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. In rare cases where a specific remote area is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will contact you directly to arrange an alternative.
